Before watching movies and documentaries, participants are asked to rate their emotional states. The same survey is conducted after the films are finished. In this test, participants are asked to crouch as far as they can to stand in a sitting position with their back against the wall.

As a result of the research, there is a striking change in the mood of those who watch the drama film, while there is a slight change in the people who watch the documentary, indicating a feeling of boredom. In addition, there is a 13.1 percent increase in the pain threshold of those who watch drama, while there is a 4.6 percent decrease in the pain threshold of documentary viewers. Although the mood of the group with more pain tolerance is poor, there is an increase in their ability to bond.
