Stress is a natural reaction of the body in case of any danger that needs adaptation or reaction. The situation observed with regard to danger can be a real event or it may be a situation that the mind “perceives as dangerous”.

But not all life events are negative and even positive life changes, such as moving to a bigger house, gaining a job promotion or going on holiday can be sources of stress

Tips for reducing stress

  • Determine the moment when stress begins
  • Learn to manage your time more effectively
  • Make time for hobbies and interests.
  • Exercise (least twice a week)
  • Chew Gum
  • Spend Time With Friends and Family
  • Learn and practice relaxation techniques; try meditation, yoga
